Our client is seeking someone who is creative with a dedication to providing outstanding customer service to become an integral part of their team; they boast a small but busy hotel consisting of 30 rooms. They need someone who has a real eagerness for innovating new ways to improve the hotels operations while ensuring our clients high service standards are met consistently.
This role would be a great step in your career; you will build and develop your knowledge and skills, whilst taking full ownership of your own department. You will be managing a team of 25 – 30 within an extremely busy and fast paced environment, if you are an experienced people manager with the passion and drive to take on a new challenge this could be an excellent role for you.
Duties to include;
Making sure rooms and communal areas are cleaned by company best practice
Ensuring food is prepared and presented to brand standard
Maximising food and beverage sales by cross and up-selling
Reviewing customer feedback to produce targeted action plans
Working with team members to create personal development plans
Recruiting motivated team members and making sure they have a warm induction
Reporting and overseeing any repairs or maintenance needed
Additional responsibilities include rota management, banking and health and safety. Ensure the daily smooth running of the hotel, being a point contact for guests and employees as well as directing any necessary changes to ensure seamless guest service
Provide efficient, prompt, trouble free and courteous service to our guests
Strong front of house presence

Passion for providing excellent customer service and leading the team by example
