HR Advisor - Blackburn

Square Peg Associates is actively recruiting for an experienced HR Advisor to join a dynamic, forward thinking team. You will have a “firm but fair” approach to all aspects of HR and be able to work autonomously. The ideal HR Advisor will be hardworking, dedicated and flexible.

 

Job Description

  • Reviewing existing HR policies and creating new policies whilst considering implementing further company benefits if deemed appropriate
  • Managing all aspects of recruitment
  • Responsible for maintaining Personnel files
  • Monitoring sickness and holidays and reporting to the Senior Management team
  • Administering Payroll, Pensions, Insurances, Company expenses and company benefits

 

Personal Specification:

  • Qualified or Part Qualified considered
  • Hands on experience in a HR environment required
  • Good knowledge of current employment law
  • Able to communicate at all levels
  • Approachable with excellent organisational and communication skills
  • A natural people person / motivator
