Ensure customer queries are answered promptlyand completely via both e-mail and phone for all sales channels.
Ensure that all communications with customersare conducted in a professional and courteous manner.
Offer alternative solutions where appropriatewith the objective of ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Take responsibility for the company’s clearancestore on eBay which is used to clear old or discounted stock lines. Thisinvolves both the listing of products and dispatching of customer orders.
Assist the Purchasing Manager with supplier andfreight forwarder dealings.
Assist with a wide range of ad-hocadministrative duties within the business as directed by the managers andcompany director.
Essential Skills & Experience
Educated to A-Level or equivalent
Experience working within an administrative rolein an office environment
Analytical and commercially astute with goodverbal and written communication skills
Good organisational skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meetstrict deadlines
Must be proficient on Microsoft packages; Word,Excel and Outlook
Desirable Skills & Experience
Experience within the sporting goods industry,ideally cycling, and running or triathlon markets.
