Square Peg Associates are
looking for an Administrator to join a market leading ecommerce business who
sells sportswear and accessories to consumers in the UK and Internationally.
The business is ready to move forward with ambitious expansion plans and therefore
require an experienced Administration Assistant. This is an exciting
opportunity for an Administrator with a strong background in Office
Administration; if you have a desire to succeed then this is a fantastic
opportunity for you.
Ensure customer queries are answered promptly
and completely via both e-mail and phone for all sales channels.
Ensure that all communications with customers
are conducted in a professional and courteous manner.
Offer alternative solutions where appropriate
with the objective of ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Take responsibility for the company’s clearance
store on eBay which is used to clear old or discounted stock lines. This
involves both the listing of products and dispatching of customer orders.
Assist the Purchasing Manager with supplier and
freight forwarder dealings.
Assist with a wide range of ad-hoc
administrative duties within the business as directed by the managers and
Essential Skills & Experience
Educated to A-Level or equivalent
Experience working within an administrative role
in an office environment
Analytical and commercially astute with good
verbal and written communication skills
Good organisational skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet
Must be proficient on Microsoft packages; Word,
Excel and Outlook
Desirable Skills & Experience
Experience within the sporting goods industry,
ideally cycling, and running or triathlon markets.
