Sales Administrator - Bolton

Our client, a wellrespected and highly reputable print services company, is currently looking fora highly organised and professional Sales Administrator, to join their Boltonteam. 

 

This is a key administrative role to support the sales team,providing the important link between the customer and sales force.

Job Role:


  • Processing all sales-related paperwork andconfirming appointments  for salespeopleto visit new and established customers
  • Support the team with processing orders,requests and complaints
  • Manage all related Administration of orders, sales,amendments to quantities and deliveries
  • Enter new client details and orders into the database and make amendmentsas needed including setting up new users
  • Track all orders on the system, offering updates and reports to thecustomer
  • Building an excellent rapport with customers delivering a 1st class service

 

Ideal candidate:

 

Ideal person for the role areefficient and adaptable workers with good all-round administrative abilities,including a working knowledge of spreadsheets.


  • They must have excellent customer service skills and be goodorganisers
  • High level of Administrative skills are essential as the job willinvolve diary management, letter writing and data input
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy is required
