We are looking for an experienced IT Support professional to support our clients first in-house IT Support role to keep the systems running smoothly. This is a sole IT support position in the business with the additional support of their external IT provider.
Working within a PC environment, you will be supporting up to 40 users with general IT support, system administration, providing guidance on both software and hardware queries, delivering effective and knowledgeable support.
The role is offered on a part time basis, 3 days a week. Days are negotiable.
The successful candidate must have workable knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office 365 software and ideally to have worked on Share Point 365 or similar document sharing functions.
You will be a very well organised individual who is able to manage multiple people and projects and have excellent communication skills.
The role is based in Clitheroe and the working hours are Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm.
IT support service will offer guidance on the internal computers, laptops, printers, scanners, software, networks, error messages, glitches, etc.
