An expanding, modern and privately owned Accountancy Practice in Blackburn is recruiting for a Administration Supervisor due to company growth. The Senior Administrator will be required to support a fast paced and busy team with new and existing businesses. You will be supervising a team of Administrators including training and development.
Reporting directly to the Managing Partner, you will play an active role in a dynamic team and will contribute to the success of the firm.
-Supervise the administration team and provide admin support to other areas of the business
-Ensure accuracy of data input and support all client facing departments
-Work closely with the compliance manager and office manager
-Supervise and expand new and existing admin procedures
-Hold weekly and monthly meetings with your team
-Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be familiar with Microsoft
-Must be highly organised and use own initiative
-Passionate about providing fantastic customer service
-A strong communicator who can motivate and develop a team
