To answer inbound switchboard calls representing multiple clients within a bury office environment. Effective and articulate communication is essential as you will be providing first-line customer care on a daily basis. You will act as the first point of contact via the telephone as well as meeting and greeting customers.
Previous experience working on a busy reception / switchboard role is essential
Previous experience of working as part of a team
A good level of Administration and IT skills
