Customer Service Manager - Bury
Office & Field Based Account Manager
Salary: Basic salary plus OTE - approximately £18-22k pa plus bonus.
Hours of work: Monday – Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm - (must have flexibility to attend business events)
Our client is seeking an experienced, energetic and driven Account Manager to join a
passionate and credible team who support local businesses to connect and expand their
networks. They can offer networking opportunities, marketing support as well as a range
of tools to support the growth of businesses
As an Account Manager you will be:
·Recognised as the face of the business delivering exceptional customer service
·Inspire clients with new products and business events by informing them of new initiatives
and upcoming events that they are sure to want to be involved in
·Understand the impact of social media and brand presence and promotion.
·Maintain and develop key client relationships through pre arranged client visits and regular calls.
·Answer all new and existing client sales enquiries within a realistic time frame.
·Manage time and tasks effectively, putting business development and new business sales at the forefront,
ensuring that all leads are followed up quickly and effectively.
·Manage all existing accounts.
·Attending networking and business events.
Skills / Experience / Attributes:
·Ideally you will have at least 1- 2 years sales account management experience.
·Strong communication and organisational skills.
·A confident and personable individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.(In person and over the telephone)
·Be able to react quickly to everyday challenges.
·Manage your own diary.
·Generate leads and attend meetings with new and existing clients around Bury.
·Work as a team player and identify when somebody in the team needs support.
