Employers Help Desk/Inbound Coordinator - Bury
Square Peg Associates are recruiting for a well established company based in Bury who currently seek and Inbound Help Desk Coordinator to join their reputable team.
The role consists of but not limited to:
-Picking up all Inbound Leads and vetting whether Employer/Employees
-Making sure all the EHD leads are logged and inputted correctly on SharePoint or Act, followed up accordingly
-Working closely with Sales Director and Marketing Manager on key words/phrases for Google Adwords ongoing
-Converting leads into Appointments for BDMS
-Increase our current conversion of EHD leads
-Head Office inbound referrals to be booked for BDE’s
-This may be amended in accordance to the business needs.
Inbound calling experience/Customer Service experience
