An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious, outgoing and confident Customer Account Manager to join a rapidly growing, forward thinking company.
Our client offers a one stop shop for residential and commercial energy and gas connections.

The right candidate for the Customer Account Manager role will be able to manage each customer through their whole customer journey, including all administrative duties and sales through service. You will need to be extremely organised and methodical, be able to work in a small team whilst using your own initiative.
On a day to day basis the Customer Account Manager role will involve processing incoming enquiries and providing quotes for various gas and electricity works. You will then be responsible for following up the quotes that you send out and hopefully turn these quotes into sales. Once a sale is made you will be responsible for seeing that project through to completion. This will involve coordinating a number of companies and keeping track of the process while providing exceptional customer service throughout.
Strong IT and technical knowledge is required.
Build long lasting relationships with customers.
Develop inbound, outbound and web-chat enquiries into successful & sometimes repeat business.
Preparation of new quotes for a wide range of customers and assume full responsibility for converting those quotes into sales.
Act as project manager for all of your successful sales and coordinate various companies in order to deliver customer orders as quickly and as smoothly as possible.
All administration duties from start to finish.
Log all data through our client management system and Keep all information and pipeline metrics up to date.
Demonstrate & deliver exceptional levels of customer service consistently.
Maintain & manage all internal systems and tools to accurately process accounts/client management
