Customer Service Advisor / Sales Support
Salary £17-19k per annum plus Excellent Benefits
Working pattern: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be an essential contact for our business customers,
providing expert advice on the products and services of the business and support them through
the sales order process, ensuring that they receive a high standard of service from the order
point through to delivery of their products.
This is a fast paced environment where nothing stands still. Its buzzy, its vibrant and we are
looking for people who our clients would love to be speaking to regularly. A real people person
with a great character.
What will you be doing?
• Delivering tailored solutions and excellent customer service by listening to your customers
and working together to agree on a way forward
• Processing sales orders onto the bespoke in-house system ensuring accurate data entry
• Taking an active interest and building a good rapport with your customer
• Having the confidence in yourself to help customers in the same way as you would want to be treated
• Being a confident problem solver who uses creative initiatives to exceed customer expectations

• Good administrative skills including strong attention to detail

Skills that will help you in the role:

• Creative problem solving with the confidence to take the initiative to resolve customer queries
