Square Peg Associates are working with an Accountancy Practice in Bury who are looking to recruit an Accountancy Practice Payroll Advisor to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Payroll Advisor to showcase their skills and experience working with multiple external clients on weekly and monthly payroll.
Complete the end to end payroll process on behalf of external clients
Processing weekly, fortnightly, four-weekly and monthly payrolls
Checking and processing pay slips, starter details, sickness, leavers, COD’s and maternity calculations
Changing bank details and personal details
Auto enrolment and RTI
Assist in the running of all year-end and month-end processes and reports
To be the first point of contact for any client queries
Chase clients for information, whilst maintaining excellent customer service
Previous experience in an Accountancy Practice is essential
Experience of processing end to end payroll is essential
Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
Experience on SAGE, Xero or a cloud based system is preferred
