Square Peg Associates are working on behalf of our client in Bury who are recruiting an Administrator / Customer Service representative. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who has a strong background in administration, preferably within the automotive industry.

Data input of customer’s personal details and processing the sale of cars
Raising legal documents and processing financial documents
Chasing delivery dates and orders via e-mail and telephone
Keeping customers up to date with their order
General office administration
Automotive administration experience is preferred
You must be logistically minded and able to think on your feet
Strong Microsoft skills are essential and you must be computer literate
Attention to detail is fundamental
