Square Peg Associates are working on behalf of our client in Bury who are recruiting an Administrator / Customer Service representative. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who has a strong background in administration, preferably within the automotive industry.

Job Duties:
  • Data input of customer’s personal details and processing the sale of cars
  • Raising legal documents and processing financial documents
  • Chasing delivery dates and orders via e-mail and telephone
  • Keeping customers up to date with their order
  • General office administration
About You:
  • Automotive administration experience is preferred
  • You must be logistically minded and able to think on your feet
  • Strong Microsoft skills are essential and you must be computer literate
  • Attention to detail is fundamental
