Accounts Assistant - Bolton

Our client, a forward thinking accountancy practice, is currently looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their upbeat team in Bolton. You will report to the Accounting Operations Supervisor and will support with the end to end accounts for a number of clients.
Your role will cover for the following duties:
  • Undertaking bookkeeping duties
  • Purchase ledger, sales ledger and data entry
  • Completing bank account reconciliations
  • Developing working relationships with clients and resolving any queries
  • General administration tasks, including filing, photocopying, scanning etc
You will ideally be working towards your AAT or have a minimum or 2 years’ relevant experience, and have working knowledge of SAGE and/or Xero.
The ideal candidate will need to show enthusiasm, have strong computer skills and have very good written and oral communication skills.
