Credit Controller, part time, required for an Accountancy Practice in Bolton.
The Role:
  • Ensuring all debt is collected from clients in accordance with the agreed terms.
  • Chasing debt over the phone and via email.
  • Liaising with clients and taking payments over the phone.
  • Ensuring that credit control procedures and policies are adhered to by customers
  • Liaising with internal managers on clients who are in arrears.
About You:
  • Previous experience in a Credit Controller position or similar
  • Be able to develop and build good customer relations 
  • Have strong interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Be able to liaise professionally with all employees and customers
  • Excellent numeracy and keyboard skills with high level of attention to detail
