Square Peg Associates are working with an ambitious manufacturing business who require a highly motivated Customer Service Administrator to deliver outstanding service to their clients.
Working with a varied client base, the Customer Service Administrator will be the first point of contact for your business customers, supporting them with their queries and offering updates of new products within the business.
We are looking for Business to Business experience, a confident, bright and friendly character, someone who will go the extra mile for their clients to resolve their queries.
Providing admin support to the external sales team
Typing quotes and inputting of orders onto the system
Liaising with internal and external customers regarding pricing, product and delivery information
Answering telephone calls and email queries
Use of PDF / Excel / Powerpoint and Access Database systems
Chasing deliveries, scanning all delivery notes onto the in-house system
We are looking for good thorough employment history within Customer Services and Administration and proven background of dealing with business customers at all levels. A person with strong team ethics and excellent communication skills would also be required.
