Inbound Call Handler / Receptionist - Bury
We are currently looking for talented individuals to work within a fast paced environment right in the heart of Bury, and we need experienced Customer Service / Call Handlers to join the new team!
Job Duties of Inbound Call Handler
- To answer inbound calls representing multiple clients within a managed office environment.
- Effective and articulate communication is essential as you will be providing first-line customer care on a daily basis.
- You will act as the first point of contact via the telephone for a range of businesses.
- This is a high volume answer service role in a lovely office environment.
Experience required for Inbound Call Handler
- Previous experience working on a busy reception / switchboard / inbound call handling role is essential
- Previous experience of working as part of a team
Inbound Call Handler
- A strong communicator with a "can do" attitude
- Have an excellent and pleasant telephone manner
